ELEMENTOS, OBJETOS Y CIRCUNSTANCIAS (Técnica mixta – 60 x 120 cm   2018)

El sujeto pasivo de la pintura figurativa es el objeto reconocible que se representa. En esta obra se opta por la no-representación pictórica de los objetos, sino por su presencia real reunidos en un formato que es a la vez un espacio limitado y cerrado. Así, los objetos representan y adquieren, además de su significación propia, nuevas equivalencias desde el mismo momento en que están también en función de los otros elementos que los rodean. De ésta forma, hasta los objetos más cotidianos y vulgares adquieren nuevas personalidades y ofrecen insólitas perspectivas de lecturas.

The passive subject of figurative painting is the recognizable object that is represented. This work opts not for the pictorial representation of the objects, but rather for their real presence gathered in a format that is at the same time a limited and closed space. Thus, objects represent and acquire, in addition to their own meaning, new equivalences from the moment they are reflections of other elements that surround them. In this way, even the most everyday and commonplace objects acquire new personalities and offer unusual perspectives to be read.
