 Como ya he dicho en alguna que otra ocasión, la mano es, tal vez, la parte del cuerpo humano más explícita y expresiva. La mano puede invitar, frenar, sostener, mandar, empujar, soltar, agarrar, acoger, señalar, acariciar, golpear... La mano es el elemento más informativo y significativo del ser humano. Sus huellas dicen casi todo de nosotros y de nuestro bagaje vital, y, según algunos, hablan hasta de nuestro futuro. Esta mano tan rotundamente frontal puede desear tanto intentar frenarnos como querer enseñarnos inequívocamente su identidad. Sus huellas manifiestan claramente su historial.

As I have said at one time or another, the hand is, perhaps, the most explicit and expressive part of the human body. The hand can invite, stop, hold, command, push, release, grasp, welcome, point, caress, hit ... The hand is the most informative and significant element of the human being. Its prints say almost everything about us and our vital baggage, and, according to some, they even speak about our future. This hand, held emphatically high, may want to try to halt us as well as to unequivocally show us its identity. Its prints clearly reveal its history.
