La película de Stanley Kubrick "El resplandor" inspiró esta creación. En dicha obra cinematográfica, llena de claves y simbolismos, el laberinto del Hotel Overlook tiene una importancia crucial en el desenlace del film. Un pequeño huye de su perseguidor, de noche y por intrincados senderos nevados. Esta agobiante y trágica secuencia es percibida en esta obra como un universo siniestro, oscuro y enmarañado del que nadie puede escapar. Las infinitas pisadas y rastros que se superponen por sus vericuetos sólo enfatizan más el trágico y oscuro destino de los que han entrado en él.

Stanley Kubrick’s film "The Shining" has inspired this creation. In that cinematic work, full of keys and symbolism, the labyrinth in the Hotel Overlook plays an important part in the climax of the film. A young boy flees from his persecutor, in the night and through interwoven snow-lined passages. This suffocating and tragic sequence is perceived in this work as a sinister, dark and tangled universe from which no-one can escape. The infinity of footsteps which are superimposed on the twists and turns only emphasize the tragic and dark destiny of those who entered.
